The Milwaukee Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training program was first offered as a way for individuals with little to no prior experience to pursue a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This format allows individuals to attend training with Green and Black Belt students. This improves the synergy within the organization, but also encourages more flexibility.
